Sensory Analysis:

The colour is intense ruby red. The nose is harmonious, with notes of plum and blackberry. On the palate it is round and balanced, and with a long sip it closes with intense notes of wild berries.

Composition of Vines:
100% Sangiovese grosso - Guyot training system

Harvest:
End of September/beginning of October. The grapes are handpicked and collected in crates.

Vinification:
Fermentation takes place without the addition of selected yeasts, with long macerations on the skins at a controlled temperature and frequent gradual pumping over.

Aging and Refining:
At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is decanted into large tonneaux and barrels for a minimum period of two years. Aging continues in steel tanks until bottling.
