Sangiovese Grosso 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%

Vinification:
Maceration on skins for 20 days.

Ageing and Refining:
Fermented in stainless steel vats. Aged in 50 hL barrels for 12 months, then refined in bottles for 6 months.

Ruby red.

Smell:
Ripe red fruits with notes of vanilla.

Taste:
Soft, lightly tannic.

Food Pairings:
Grilled red meats, poultry, and cured meats.
