Harvest:
By hand before mid of October

Grape Varieties:
90% small-grape Sangiovese + 10% Merlot

Vinification:
Temperature controlled 25 hl vats with around 15 days maceration.

Ageing and Refining:
225 It second-use oak barrels from the Massif Central for around 10 months followed by 6-month refining in bottle.

Sensory Analysis:

Colour:
Intense ruby-red with violet reflexes.

Smell:
Intense, long and wide, with fragrant hints of cherry, plum and violet backed by a delicate note of oak.

Taste:
Powerful of great structure with fines tannins, harmonic and lingering with red-fruit, oak and spice notes.
