Fermentation:
4 hours maceration, static racking and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 º C.

Colour:
Pale green yellow.

Smell:
Intense tropical and white fruit aroma with hints of citrus and flowers.

Taste:
Creamy and full mouth, very fresh and fruity.

White meat, fish, rice and pastas.
