Ageing and Refining:
Aged in Allier oak barriques for 12 months, then refined in bottles for 1 year.

Intense ruby red with violet tones.

Smell:
Intense nose of ripe red berry fruits with a hint of vanilla and toasted notes.

Taste:
Delicate, lightly tannic and persistent.

Food Pairings:
Complex and spiced dishes, roasted meats, poultry and game recipes, and strong cheeses.

18-20 C
