Colour:
Intense ruby red.

Smell:
Complex and ethereal bouquet with hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roast coffee.

Taste:
The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins.

Food Pairings:
Rich first courses, roast or stewed red meats, game, and mature cheeses.

Service Temperature:
18-20 C
