Composition of Vines:
40% Syrah - 60% Black Grenache

Fermentation:
6 hours maceration and 20 days fermentation

Aging and Refining:
14 months in new French oak barrels (85%) and American (15%) medium and light toasted.

Sensory Analysis:

Colour:
Bright fuchsia rosé wine with medium robe.

Smell:
Aroma of mature red fruits (strawberry, cherry) with floral scent hints (violet).

Taste:
It starts very fresh on the palate and is then very balanced and silky with great density, leaving a pleasant red fruit aftertaste

Food Pairings:
Fish, white meat, seafood and meat rice and pastas.
