Vinification:
Maceration on skins for 20 days.

Ageing and Refining:
Fermented in stainless steel vats. Aged in Barrique of French oak for 12 months, then refined in bottles for 6-8 months.

Ageing Potential:
Over 10 years.

Colour:
Intense ruby red.

Smell:
Vanilla, red fruits, sweet spices.

Taste:
Round and soft, complex tannins.

Food Pairings:
Beef and venison.

18 C, served in a wide chalice
