Fermentation:
In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with a maceration on the skins of over 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak.

Aging:
Traditional style, in large Slavonian and French oak barrels of 30 hl for 24 months.

Bottling:
Upon a passage in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled without filtration. Aged in bottle for at least 12 months.

Release:
4 years after harvesting

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet red with brick hue. On the nose, it opens with aromas suggesting underbrush, chopped sage, wild berry and a whiff of leather. On the full-bodied and clean palate, notes of cinnamon and licorice add depth to dark cherry and fresh raspberry. The tannins are fine and silky. The good acidity contributes to a great aging potential. A Barolo in which the characteristic of Nebbiolo are expressed in their most delicate and elegant version.

Serving Suggestions:
Perfect with game and red meats. Superb with dishes garnished with white truffle of Alba. Excellent with mature hard cheeses.

Evolution:
Wine of incredible longevity. If properly stored, it matures slowly and steadily in the bottle, expressing his magnitude even after 20-plus years.
