28ºC - 30ºC / 20 day maceration

Aging and Refining:
8 months in French oak barrels (40%) and American (60%) medium and light toasted.

16ºC - 18ºC

Smell:
Aromas of ripe red fruits (strawberry & cherry) with subtle notes of violet flower.

Taste:
Clean, penetrating fruit flavors of red berry fruit, considerable body balanced by the acidity, elegant finish and substantial length.

Red meats, fruity sauces, pasta.
