This wine has aromas of strawberries, citrus fruit and spring flowers. The palate has good acidity, is refreshing, full of fruit and has a good length.

Enjoy on its own as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish dishes, spiced tagines, olives, anchovies, Provencal salads and ratatouille.
