Tasting Notes:
A medium ruby wine with a harmonious nose of gentle spice and ripe red fruit. The palate is rich and elegant with a touch of oak. It has well-defined length lifted with balanced freshness. A wine to enjoy now with game served with cooked red fruit and a winter vegetable stew. This Chateuneuf also has good potential for ageing.

70% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah

60-80 years

Terroirs:
A mixture of parcels from "la Crau” and sandy soil

Yield:
25-30 hl/ha

Ageing:
70% oak "demi-muid" barrels for 12 months, 30% concrete vats
